Delivered on wrong day
Complaint against Teleflorist
Placed order on 12th Oct for delivery on 31st October for my sister's 70th birthday . Flowers were delivered on 17th October. Completely ruined the occasion, particularly as the family cannot be with her to share the day. Feel upset as the flowers will not even last until the actual day. Requested refund from Teleflorist but so far they have told me they are investigating problem with florist. As my contract was with Teleflorist I fail to see why My claim is reliant on their sub-contractor.
