Fault sofa, ignoring messages

Complaint against Abakus Direct

Purchased a sofa in June 2017, they hadn't correctly measured the sofa so it did not fit. contacted them and they admitted the mistake and replaced my sofa with a different one. Fast forward to February 2018 and the new sofa is falling apart, the cussions inside are ripping apart whilst inside the covers so removing the covers for washing without foam pellets getting everywhere is Impossible. Was sent new bottom cussion only for the same issue to occur a few weeks later! They do not hold shape, is extremely uncomfortable, flat in some places, lumpy in others. No further response from the company! All messages are being ignored. Do not go near this company!

Myself and my partner have contacted abakus on countless occasions, we still have not been refunded the difference in the cost of the sofas despite frequently asking, or been given a refund as requested for the atrocious quality of the sofa we have sent several emails, loads of Facebook messages including photos of the poor quality and damage, I messaged abakus in may and June of last year all ign
