Complaint against Digiarty

I bought a version of the WinDVD Platinum with "lifetime" updates. I recently tried to update and I was asked about the registration code (which I provided) and the e-mail address used at the time of purchase. The latter does not exist anymore, so my request was rejected. In spite of four attempts to contact Digiarty by e-mail, I could not make any progress.
