Complaint against Digiarty

Bought MacRipper Pro, used it a few times then it says I need to upgrade. I do and get a trail version, had owned Ripper for only a week. Was charged to get an upgrade, but told I would get a refund...never came, contacted my credit card company and received the upgrade fee. After 2 mo still do not have a valid Activation code, have been unable to use the software. Support which they claim is answered in <24 hrs simply is not, think weeks. The goal seems to be to always sell in oder to make things work. I retired from the Software business after 25 years and this company has the worse Customer Support I have ever encountered. It may be good software but after 2 months I still don't know.

This has to be on of the phoniest answers I have ever heard coming out of Software support. You know exactly what I am talking about, just forgot to type in the X. Only goes to show you and your company are nothing by scammers. I posted on the 26th of July, today is the 7th of Aug and you guys are just now getting around to it, show the level of (NON)support you guys offer. LOSERS!

Adam, this has become OBE (overcome by events) or you could say too little, too late. I will tell you straight up, I owned a IT company which I sold, I used an outside company to measure customer satisfaction and I had 452 customers that I provided IT support for, I sold the company and it had a 99.9% customer satisfaction rating.
