Complaint against Digiarty
After spending 5 days of email back and forth with the support for this product winX DVD ripper, and sending the log info of the errors produced by the program, support has asked (and I have delivered) screen shots of the process only to be told to start it in 'safe' mode which locks my system. When I tell support this they ask for screen shot and tell me to start in 'Safe' mode, as if I didn't listen the first time. Lifetime support and free upgrade do not work if you don't listen to the customer. Such a disappointment.
