Complaint against DSP Custom Apparel
I ordered A Wine Lovers Canvas - large on October 9, 2016 and received an email. The email only said that they had received my order and gave me an order # 51879. I have NO follow up on my order and I still do not have my purchase! What is going on? I looked to find if I had just missed something (email) and NO it is just that there is no progress. Please do not order from this company as they are not responsive to their customers and as of today (10/23/16) I still have no update on my purchase. Take responsibility on your end, I paid, your provide me with my merchandise!!!!!!!!!!!! I am usually not a complainer and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is just terrible business and I hate to be taken advantage of. Karen Boe
