Complaint against DSP Custom Apparel

I ordered my goods online on 22 August 2016. Order #41555 1 September I received a verification email checking the text for my shirt, noting there was an error. I responded to this on 2 September. Between 2 September and 26 September I sent three further follow up emails to find out the status of my order. I have not received any responses to my emails. 12 October I tried to telephone several times this morning and the line is constantly busy. I have sent negative feedback regarding this online shopping experience. I would be happy to if my money was refunded! I don't want to buy anything from DSP if this is how they treat their customers. I think I have been patient enough ! Get your act together DSP.

On Monday 17 October, I finally received the shirt and windcheater I ordered.. never again will I order through DSP

I finally received my goods after a long wait. I am happy about that.. I am not happy about the terrible customer service that is provided by DSP - not one contact was made with me to advise me of a hold up - I am a patient person - one email that is all it would have taken.
