Warren James

I bought a necklace from Swindon store, wore it on for a week and its broken, I took it back and just to be told it have stretched from 18inches to 19 and half inches and all they can do was to repair for £8,I went to another jewellery and they told me can't repair for me because Warren James necklace are poor quality and its going to break again and about the stretched inches can't happen might be problem with the factory manufacturing ,went back to the shop just to be told that they measure everything which comes in the shop, I was fuming,have been a good customer at Warren James but not anymore
