Complaint against BodyCare
Every single time I go in to the Newcastle under lyme branch, the staff are rude and ignorant. They are miserable, they don't smile and most of them don't know the meaning of manners. Every time they serve me they either: consistently chat with their colleagues throughout the entire transaction, don't say please or thank you, ignore me when I say hello, don't make eye contact, never smile etc. I'm beginning to think that having bad manners is a pre - requisite to getting a job with bodycare, as most of the staff appear to be the same. Dire customer service.
