Complaint against MyHandyKey

On the 15th April ordered two handy keys was told Three to four weeks delivery on 19th April £26.78 was taken out of my account + 0.80 non sterling transaction fee . I have been told that handykey only refund the amount charged on the item when I first enquired about a refund on June 11th and was told handykey had to increase production . Emailed them again as was worried it may come while I was on holiday 19th - 26th june . Next email July 6th I asked for a full refund on July 10th got told by them that a refund request form had been submitted to there refund departmentand should here something in a few days after request had been accepted . I emailed them again on July 13th has request for a refund been accepted yet as got told would be a few days still not heard anything . July 14th received reply I have sent a request to our refund department regarding your refund . Said that I should email them again in 5 days if refund is not reflected . Apologising for delay
