Complaint against Oypla

This item was returned to you as it was faulty. You asked for postage return acknowledgement and as the return label required postage, we paid £11.30 which we understand would be returned to us as the item was faulty. I also sent you evidence of the postage. Amazon have again confirmed refund price for clothes rail bu we still await the postage. Please could you look into this. We understood return label would be postage paid, but it was not.

Made a purchase from Oypla in June, Hermes lost it and after a month, Oypla refused to refund me until the item was refused delivery and it was returned to them. Complained many times, same response, gave a bad review on review sites and got a response apologising and that a refund would be processed within 2 days. This was over a month ago and still no refund. Don't believe the review ratings!
