BE WARNED. This not a proper company but a distributor only. You can not get in touch with them at all. Phones no answer, when you phone back immediately it is engaged, try it! Email, no response, ever, try it! Facebook, you get a automated reply so the account says they are good at responding. All it says is thanks for your comments we will pass onto our customer service department immediately. They don't have a customer service department, you never get a response. There is comments about large purchases on here that have been lost, but their money was never refunded back, that is because there is no one who can sort it for you. For me personally this is from 3 weeks of hard slog to get a missing receipt for 2 items I purchased, 6 emails 10 phone calls 2 Facebook messages, nothing. SOMEONE IS MAKING A FORTUNE BY TAKING YOUR MONEY AND OFFERING ZERO AFTER SALES. 07/11/16 I got a call! Promised to send the receipt, guess what, you got it, as at 18/11/16 nothing, probably driver trying to put me off, more emails, I give up, other than posting this!
