I booked three massages through Wowcher and when I tried to redeem them there was no availability whatsoever within the validity of the vouchers. They extended the vouchers for me so I booked for the month after. Because the vouchers would be expired I was unable to access them for the appointment so I emailed the company with the voucher codes. The day before the appointments I called the salon to ask about parking...to be told the salon I had booked the massages in no longer did them and the massage service had been moved to another salon. The other salon had no record of my booking! The woman said She would look into it and call me back...this was 4 months ago...still no contact. I contacted wowcher and the salon redeemed my vouchers when they booked the appointments so as far as they are concerned I used them. So not only did I waste my money, my mum and sister did not get to use a present from me. I emailed oceanic hair and beauty as well 4 months ago and they have completely ignored my email. Avoid if you value your well earned money.
