having ordered a 3 wheeled walker earlier this year which is still well within warranty, one of the brake cables snapped causing my disabled wife to fall and rendering the item unusable due to having only one brake which makes it unsafe, I contacted the company and after phoning to query why I had received no response to my email I then received a response and after requesting either a replacement item (as this was obviously a defect) or an engineer visit as per the items webpage thats states engineer visit for warranty period (link below) "This product includes 12 months' in-home warranty, covering you for parts and labour, manufacturer faults and engineer callout." I was told an engineer would not call out for this fault ! I was eventually after a week sent a replacement part that I was expected to fit myself which was the incorrect part, I have been in touch including pictures to advise the incorrect part was supplied and to ask for this to be both corrected and escalated to resolve the issue , the mail was sent on Sunday and I chased on Monday yet I have still no response at all, I find this attitude for a company that provides mobility aids to be appalling, as a result my wifes mobility is still limited due to the lack of the walker that she uses to get around the house.
