Do not buy anything from this company! My mother in-law bought a chair which after 6 months caught on fire while she was sitting in it. Fully disabled, she was lucky to be with a carer that night who helped her out of the chair! I called the company and they charged me £60 only to get an engineer out there urgently. After a few days of waiting, they never made the appointment and I had to call an engineer myself. Despite the fact that the engineer determined that it was a faulty chair, the business refused to give us a refund despite the fact that the chair is under warranty. They insist only to repair the chair, with no guarantee the fire would not happen again. They treated us horribly and rudely each time; and putting us on hold for several minutes before answering the call, refusing to have me connected to the manager. After several phone calls, my phone bill was over £45 as i've just learned that their phone number isnt free to call (which was banned from companies to use in 2015 yet they still do it without warning to clients)! And, do you think they reimbursed me the £60 despite the promise they would once the engineer's report determine a faulty product (which it did)? No, i had to contact them yet another time to get the money back. Still waiting... I've never encountered a worse business and would highly recommend to stay away from buying any product from this unprofessional business. Very upsetting.
