I placed an order with Miscota which took a month to arrive, they apologised and offered me a 5% discount onmy next order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. The price on the site was not what I was charged (I was overcharged by £4) and was not given the 5% discount as promised at checkout. The items did not arrive after three weeks and they now say they have been lost in transit so will offer another 5% discount off my next order!! There will not be a "next order" and I still have not had my items, neither have I been reimbursed the overcharge or the two lots of 5%!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!! You have been warned!!
