Miscota fail to deliver order or inform you

Complaint against Miscota

Spent £51.69 on cat food, was told delivery would be between 16-20th March. It never arrived and on the 21st March they replied that all items were out of stock and their supplier is not replenishing stock. Immediately cancelled order and requested refund which I was told will take up to 14 days. It doesn't take 2 weeks to refund money back onto my card. Now I have no cat food and no money to buy more. This is a TERRIBLE COMPANY IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. if they have no stock why do they allow you to purchase the items and pay for them??? Then tell you after your delivery date they don't have stock. Given me a real problem of how I'm going to feed my cats for the next 2 weeks til payday. Disgusting
