Complaint against Plumbworld

Ordered new shower in February it came was fitted,was faulty,rang plumb world who said it was now nothing to do with them we had to ring triton who's shower it was.They said they had to repair it which didn't seem right on something new but after three weeks wait the engineer arrived and fitted new part.Several days later went to use it and no hot water another fault had accused,so rang triton again and waited another three weeks for another repair.Rang plumb world to say we weren't happy but they just pushed us back to triton.Once again shower packs up so told plumb world not happy they said we could send back at our expense for it to be tested which would take several weeks and if found to be faulty they would replace or refund but only then and we had to wait.This wasn't a cheap shower and it's now end of April and still no working shower.The staff are not helpful we have even written to the md and still no reply.Do not buy from them.
