Complaint about a pack of mayfair original blue superking cigarettes

Mayfair
The pack I bought all the cigarettes were falling apart from the filter and tobacco was hanging out of the bottom. It has happened a few times now. Not great service from the company can this issue be solved many thanks unhappy customer.
