Complaint against Dobbies Garden Centres
It was a horrible cold rainy-day on friday the 13th. november and I had suggested we lunch as the fish and chips are always good.It was very busy but we were eventually served we then went for our drinks I couldn't be bothered waiting again so had a cold drink.I went to pay and by this time my food was cold the girl at the cash desk took my meal back and brought me a hot replacement.The only seats available were at cold garden furniture tables the restaurant was also cold we kept our coats on.My friends lunch was also cold I was going to take it back but she said that by then her tea would also be cold which was only lukewarm.Tables were not cleared and a customer came looking for a tray. What was supposed to be a treat turned out to be disastrous.
