Complaint against H.Samuel
On June 5th. 2015 I took two watches into H. Samuels for repair, and was told it would take between 6 and 8 weeks, and that I had to pay for the repair up-front, which came to £92. I paid by debit card. On July 22nd I had a call to tell me that one watch was ready for collection. I went in the same day and was told the other one wasn't ready, but would give me a call when it was. After exactly 12 weeks to the day, I called in and asked about my watch, and the assistant said she would call them up on the following Monday. Why she couldn't do it on the day I went in, I have no idea, as it was just after 9am. It is now exactly 14 weeks since I took the watch in, and not a word from them. Please advise.
