Biggest letdown ever, bad service

Complaint against FloraQueen

I have ordered Mother’s Day flowers and payed extra to get an urgent delivery on the weekend. I have used an address that I have used for her post and that has been provided by her estate agent and proven to be correct. When I enquired about the fact that no flowers have arrived I was told to call the courier. I have been calling the indicated number that the (limited) hours that they wanted me to contact them and just got a Spanish message I cannot understand and the the line would hang up on me. So the customer service tells me that delivery cannot be made anymore and I cannot have a refund only a voucher with this company that I don’t ever want to go near!!! Mother’s Day is ruined and my money is gone.
