Please do NOT ORDER from this company! I'd rate it ZERO stars if I could. Worst online shopping experience I ever had. I ordered a Mother's Day bouquet to be delivered on Monday May 7 and instructed to call in advance. 7 days later there is no delivery. The giftee was home during scheduled delivery time and NOBODY called or came. Their customer service is useless, they even asked me to tell the recipient (a bed-bound elderly person) to contact the florist and pick up the flowers. They won't give me a refund as I requested, instead they offered a 20% OFF in my next order. Ludicrous! ------ Here's the last email I received from them: (I'm quoting): "We have analiezed your complain with our manager and unfortunately we are not able to make you a refound. Please kindly understand we have already prepered flowers for you as well as we had transport costs to try to deliver them. Acording to our politic, available on the website and accepted by you while ordering: ''If we are unable to make a delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (for instance, the recipient is not at home), you will not be entitled to a refund.'' However, because we felt bad flowers were not delivered and our goel is to make our clients happy we have offered you a 20% voucher you can use during next six months as an appology.
