I ordered flowers on 5 October for delivery on 13 October for a birthday surprise. On 6 October I was told that the order could not be delivered as I had not provided a mobile number. I pointed out that the order was to be delivered a week later, and cancelled the order. They replied that it was a mistake and that the right date was noted. On the day no attempt or delivery was made, the following day the recipient got a rude and unfriendly call. She told me she did not want the delivery so I cancelled it and a week later am still waiting for a refund.
