Complaint against Sofology
After waiting over 3 months and paying over £2k for our sofas, they were delivered in the wrong colour. Customer service absolutely useless, say its a supplier issue so basically not their problem. The upset and stress this is causing is just awful. I'm a first time buyer and the sofa is a huge part of furnishing your home and a massive expense too. Completely ruined and they are trying to make me keep a sofa I never ordered. Please, please, please do not use this company. Not worth the heartache.
