After buying a sofa from sofology we took out the cleaning care package and were told if we needed it cleaning Someone would be out every single day if needed! When we did try to get someone to come and clean it we had to send various emails to which they didn't get back to you until 3-5 days later then they wanted to know all about the stains and photographs. Every time we replied we had to wait a further 3-5 days. After completing a very low score survey they asked if I wished to take the matter further of which I did and again had to wait another 3-5days. Then I got sent a small bottle of cleaning product and a sponge telling me this will clean it. I explained that I have a seriously ill child who become incontinent and my whole sofa needs cleaning. In total this has taken over 3 months and I still have no one to clean it. Also one of the arms on the chair needs repairing and again after various emails we have heard nothing! Absolutely awful company and will not be using again.
