Thanks for the horrendous experience Sofology! Delivery drivers left our lovely new sofa bed in our downstairs hallway as couldn't be bothered to take to the 3rd floor of our townhouse. They took one look and said 'you have to be joking!' They then lied when asked to go back saying they were 3 hours away when they had left my house only an hour before. I was promised a visit today only to be told it was not booked in properly. I currently have an 8 inch space to squeeze through the length of my hallway. NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Spoken to 7 people, promised callbacks and diferent departments blamed by each other. Cut off after 40 minutes on hold and now queuing again. SOFOLOGY had better get in touch!
