The sofa delivered is very sub standard. Not fit for use. To complain you have to stay on line for half an hour or more. Because I have made my complaint within the 14 day return policy I have requested a refund. A technician was sent with instructions to shove a bit of packing into the offending cushion. He admitted to repair the furniture it would take him just over two hours. I refused that, I don't want a repaired item when I have paid well in advance for a new sofa. I've sent repeated emails only to be told that I am being referred to Resolution Deparments and now a Escalations Section. Promises of return calls in two working days or now 72 hours? None of which has happened. I have been relieved of £700 and left with a sub standard useless sofa. As far as sofology is concerned that seems to be my hard luck. On further inspection of the net I seem to be one of many in this situation. It's obvious that the company don't operate any Quality Control and have no regard for Customer Service.
