Well. REALLY FED UP. Not only did we have to make 2, 3 hour round trips to the store to buy our sofas because of poor staff training.Waited patiently for sofas to arrive only to find that only 2 were right and the third belonged to some other poor customer. Sofology called and texted me this afternoon. I called back and was refused service because I am only the wife of the husband who signed the deal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! is this the 1950's. All I require is the right sofa to be delivered. TRIED to explain that they had called me to sort this out!!!! What incompetence!!!!!!!!!!!!!
