Complaint against Sofology
I called Sofology and requested 2 couches I was told they were up North and this would result in a delivery delay . I said I could not wait we basically in an apartment with no furniture . I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with an amazing gentleman who helped me find 2 couches that could be delivered in a short turn around 7 - 10 days . I was sent the invoice and paid . I got an email saying all was set for delivery and I chose the time and all else . Today the day before the delivery I have been informed the one couch is still in store and sorry you looking at next week . I explained the point of taking the couches was a promised quick turn around and the attitude was too bad ... Really not happy and not what I expect ..
