Complaint against Sofology
Tried to order fabric for a blue chesterfield settee in September 2016 asked several times for this. I love this settee so I travelled from Harrogate to Sofology in Leeds ( I am a seventy year old lady) to order it again thinking that if I went in personally they would know that I am a serious customer. I was told that the material would be with me in a week.?????..still waiting.I have requested to speak to a Managing Director of the company but guess what ???? What a waste of my time and petrol money!!!!
