Complaint against Depop

Depop have wrongly suspended my account and I'm really upset about this I've been poorly and I didn't get the chance to post the item to the customer I messaged the customer explaining I was unwell and wasn't able to send the item out and asked if she would like a refund and she never replied to my message and reported me and now depop have suspended my account I even sent them proof of the refund and account is blocked this is really bad customer service I've had parcels that needed to be sent out but I couldn't get on to depop to get their addresses plus I've purchased things and I'm scared I won't receive them as they can't get my address I'm really annoyed about this I've been mistreated over a £5 bag it's pathetic and I've sent countless emails and tweets and no one has been responding to me
