Have not received item and have had no contact

sheslovely.co.uk
I ordered an item on 20/12/17 and I have had no corespondents since then. No email to say when item will arrive. No emails back from the numerous emails I have sent complaining. It appears they have taken my money and have not sent the item I have ordered. I can not seem to get a response back from the email address they have on their site [email protected] Please help as I will be getting legal advice if I do not hear back from them
