Complaint against TM Stores

I pre ordered signed copies of a new CD and Record from this company on 2nd July 2016 for a release by a band called "White Lies" on 7th October by which time they should have been delivered. I gave my postal address to the company and as far as I knew I had never dealt with them before. However, when I complained I never got an apology and eventually it came to light that they had used an old address from an account I had with Townsend Records. I had no idea there was a connection and do not think it right that they should use an address from a sister company (especially since I gave a postal address). Surely that infringes the data protection act. They still haven't apologised and they refuse to accept the mistake or deliver the items unless I pay them an additional £5 which I refuse to do on principal. I ordered the items and paid three months in advance in order to receive the items on the day of release. TM Stores have been unsympathetic, unhelpful and discourteous throughout. I have now had to ask for a refund and I am bitterly disappointed and appalled at the way they have treated me. Can you help please?
