my 17 years old daughter daughter bought a dress this is why i am doing the complaint because she dosnt know what to do, she ordered it from a online shop called shopaholic, paid £57 including postage and package. when the dress arrived sometime later it did not fit it was to big and also had loose stitching at the front. i sent it back stating that it did not fit and also it was faulty, 2 day after it arrived we was well in the date for the 14 day returned policy, they sent a email saying, we had damaged the dress and they would be sending the faulty dress back to us with no refund. i looked at reviews about this shop to find out on the web its happened to a lot of people, similar stories to ours and will not give a refund or a credit note, surley this shop can not carry on like this??????
