I ordered a dress in October 2016. I returned it because it arrived too late, after an event. It was fabulous quality & I fully intended to use the company again & recommend to friends. I immediately sent back the dress. I received email confirmation that it was received and that the refund was being processed but may take 21 days. A long wait with them having my money but I was patient. It is now 32 days later & no refund. I contacted them yesterday and they said refund would come but advised me not to contact them again and just wait?! I had a look at other customer reviews & it appears this is a common issue with no refunds. I have refrained from making this public on social media & reporting this to watchdog in hope that it can get resolved but I am now seriously concerned due to other reviews.
