Bed broke after a month

Complaint against Beds.co.uk

Hi there, I Bought a bed from beds.co.uk on the 1st of March, delivered on the 9th. The bed broke on the 2nd of April which I contacted them on that date via the contact us box on their website. I then had to chase this via email on 5th due to no response to which I was told to provide pictures and the sales team would look into this that was on 6th which I responded that evening. I then received a reply on the 10th stating because I had the item on wooden floor and not on carpet I wasn't receiving a refund, no where on the website or the instructions did it state it needed to be on carpet. I then responded stating the only thing on the instruction was that it was recommended to be on a sheet. I was then told again I can't get a refund because of this "recommendation" that I should have clearly followed. I have went back to them requesting replacement parts, but by this point I would rather have the refund. If there is anything you can do to help, would be great. Kind Regards, Jennifer
