I have just called your contact number with regard to this order. I am dissatisfied with the service given. I placed the order on 13th November for next day delivery 14th November. When I didn’t receive a confirmation email or any contact to say an order had been received I checked my credit card details and when no monies had been taken either I assumed no order had been made. However today I received an email giving me a delivery date. I contacted the company immediately to cancel and now have notice of a cancellation fee. I feel this is very unfair and would like someone to look into this matter please.
