My original order was supposed to arrive Saturday bewteen 9am & 3pm but at 11am I received a call to say it had been discontinued and they were sorry but I could order another bed and they would give me £30 compensation. I ordered a new bed which arrived today, the bed is a different colour to the headboard and the mattress is the wrong size. They asked me to send them a picture, to which they have told me I am wrong and that they are the same colour. If I want a new mattress I have to pay. I cannot get through on the phone and they are very abrupt on email. I have reported them to trading standards.
