Mattress has sunk both sides and I only got the bed aug 17

We brought our bed from said company,last year, we decided to buy an orthopaedic divan, thinking that the mattress would be firmer, it has not its sunk both sides, and is now so uncomfortable it is giving me a bad back, I have had difficulty getting hold of them, so I emailed several times to their customer service department, and no one has bothered to get back to me, I’m now very annoyed about this, I told them in my email that I will contact trading standards, and they cannot say it’s our weight that has caused it to sink as I am only 9 stone, when I buy a new bed I expect it to be fit for purpose, this is not fit for use and I want it changed, we had problems when we brought it the divan turned up, not the headboard then there were no bolts ,I think that is what they are called, to hold the base together. I want my mattress replaced with one fit for purpose.
