Regarding cancelation of delivery

I placed an order online, there is no next day delivery it takes 3days for anyone to a knowledge request, then another 3-7 working days for a response, then another 4-14days waiting for delivery!!.. I have requested a full refund and have had to call everyday regarding this, at first I was told by the end of the working day money would be refunded this was the very next day after purchase, I have spent nearly two hours trying to contact via phone only for them to pick phone and hang up before you are given chance to speak!. I have now been told 5working days before I can get a full refund. I would not reccomend this company to anyone customer service is 0.
