I placed an order in November for a bed frame and mattress, the day before the bed was delivered we got a call saying the bed was recalled due to manufacturing fault so had to order alternative option of which we did . Then there was a fault with the mattress so had to order replacement, the bed and mattress got delivered. The bed is of ok quality however the mattress is shocking ! It was supposed to be a deluxe memory form mattress which is as thin as anything but also which is most alarming the mattress doesn’t have any labels on to say it’s been made and inspected to uk standards. I have called the company and they said they’d collect the mattress. I waited in all day Monday 17th December and all day today 19th December. The company have still not collected the mattress as we need the refund of £120 to then be able to purchase a decent mattress elsewhere, As you can imagine it’s a lot of money so can’t pay out twice. During this time my son is having to sleep on the floor as his bed was broken that’s why we have purchased another bed etc . I have made numerous calls of which on hold for 30 minutes at a time to then be told another delivery day can be booked, but for me a working person I can not waste days off waiting in for no show . Is there anything you can do to help me out with this awful company.
