Ordered a mattress on 27th July, received a phone call on 4th August to say the bed would be delivered on the following day but didnt turn up. I emailed the company who apologised and said that they would arrange another delivery, this was just the start. I have now waited in 4 times for the delivery and no show. I emailed the company and said enough is enough and I want a refund. Received a reply that my complaint had been sent to the management to arrange a refund. No reply has been received, I have telephoned numerous times but just kept in a queue. Surely this company is not acting within the law.
