Terrible service and product

Bought the bed which specified memory foam and next day delivery. This was perfect because I was moving into a new flat and the delivery would coincide from when I was off work, I would also then have a bed for the first night. No confirmation of the date of delivery, had to chase more than 5 times, each time customer services were unhelpful. Each time the delivery was delayed by a day. Finally arrives a week late after I threatened to cancel the order, once constructed the mattress is springy and hard despite claiming memory foam. Returns cost a considerable amount and has to be done within 48 hours of delivery. The bed frame is OK, however, the mattress is awful and I now cannot return or change. Very inconvenient and expensive for the quality/delivery.
