Customer services department not taking calls as they have technical issues with the landline . I'm trying to call them as they are holding two orders I placed almost a month ago because of some lines not available and they wont realise my order till January when they will have that lines available. I cant wait that long as this order contains xmas presents for family and friends. For three days I try to call and email them to realise my order items and I cant get hold of anybody from that department. I manage to find a number from head office and I been transferred to payroll department where nobody is making any effort to help .
