Hi, I would to highlight a recent event I had with sportsdirect.com: I've ordered something on 21st of May, the package was with the courier on 23rd of May and until now I didn't received any news about it. I decided to ask wnDirect (tge courier company) about the parcel and this was their answer: "Hello, Thank you for contacting wnDirect, We have heard back from our in-country carriers and regret to inform you that our efforts to locate your parcel have not been successful. All possible avenues for our investigation have been exhausted and therefore we deem the parcel as lost in transit. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Please contact the retailer your item was purchased from. Kind Regards, James Roach". I've also emailed sportsdirect.com and told them about what the courier said to me, but I didn't receive any reply from them; they don't answer anymore. Can I please get an advise from you? Thank you!
