Package lost. No refund. No reply even after filed a complaint via European Consumer Center

On 18.05.2018 I ordered online from www.sportsdirect.com two pairs of sports shoes for which I paid 106.60 EUR including delivery. On 22.05.2018 I was informed by email that the package was taken over by the courier and can be tracked at http://wndirect.com/tracking.php?type=OR&ref=DI015333804. On 11.06.2018, as I did not receive the package and the tracking link provided by Sportsdirect did not work, I contacted Sportsdirect, by email, requesting to check that order and make sure I received it until 18.06.2018 or to return the amount of EUR 106.60. The only reaction of Sportsdierct was an automatic email informing me that my package was taken over by the courier. On 18.06.2018 I contacted the wnDirect courier requesting information about where my parcel is located. On 20.06.2018, wnDirect courier responded to my request and informed me that they did not find the package and it's declared as lost in transit. On 20.06.2018 I informed Sportsdirect about the loss of my parcel and requested reimbursement of the amount of 106.60 EUR. Until 11.06.2018, I received absolutely no answer from Sportsdirect. I also received no refund of 106.60 EUR. On 11.07.2018 I filed a complaint via ECC (http://ec.europa.eu/odr), as indicated on the Sportsdirect website, but after 30 days the complaint was closed with no solution. Therefore I want to try a new complaint via "aspokesmansaid".
