As a professional gardener I can’t always get to nurseries to buy stock so increasingly rely on web orders. I was delighted to find a particular type of erysimum at GExpress and wasted no time to get my client to order direct. The order was placed, confirmation received and absolutely no other dispatch info followed. The order arrived two weeks later with the labels removed but the flowers were obviously not the colour ordered. I spent 20 minutes trying to phone on two occasions to check that the order was placed I filled out an online request and at no time was my client contacted or my request answered. I’m hugely disappointed as I had a specific colour scheme for the front of the property and it wasn’t taken into account. I would never purchase from them again and have no clue how to contact a named person at the company. A shambles in my opinion.
