Mum of 3. My babiie company .Worst service also no way of actually speaking to someone! Bought my daughter's pram about 7 months ago . 3 months in and the front wheels start coming away from bearing. I ordered front wheels for my pram and back wheels for my friend (same pram bought almost at same time ,her back break stopped working) delivery charge is the same amount as a set of wheels so we thought we would split the cost . Few working days later parcel arrives with my friends back wheels. I contact my babiie through live chat explaining that my wheels hadn't turned up after them trying to tell me both parcels got delivered I then get told that unfortunately my wheels and any other wheels similar were out of stock and they would refund amout the wheels cost . Which i wasn't happy about as I would need to pay delivery charge again. But by this point I just wanted wheels for my daughter's nice newish pram . A week later I went back on to live chat to try order wheels again ,getting told they were still not in stock. This time I was a bit annoyed telling customer service operator this he/she suggests I send my pram away to get fixed at my own cost .I replied with if there are wheels to fix pram I would rather just pay delivery on that rather on sending pram away when I have been informed that wheels are not in stock . I wait another week go back onto chat ,this time I get told that wheels are in high demand and "the factory " is making hundreds (bit worrying) they don't know when they will be back in stock .now 2-3 months down the line i am still trying to get a set of wheels and there doesn't seem to be any live chat or any other real way of contact. Customer support asks for order number before you can send a querry which I don't have .I have 3 kids have bought many different prams over years ,dealt with many different companies. My babiie should be ashamed of it's lack of customer support .these pushchair/strollers are not the cheapest yet don't last any length of time. Spending £150 on a stroller for my toddler (who's not in it all the time) I expect it to last I don't expect to be chasing a company to be buying parts to repair a faulty pram 7 months down the line.
