Skinny Tan?
I placed an order on 23 July order no: 232541. I had a note from Yodel to say it's in the back garden. After speaking to the courier, as I could not find it, he informed me that he placed it on the floor under my porch. (I do not have a porch) He says he did this quickly and scarpered as he realised I had a dog. The parcel was destroyed by my dog as it was not in a secure place. I contacted the courier who refused to take any responsibility and were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I contacted skinny tan and although polite have still made excuses and not sent me a replacement. I sent photos as requested by them of the damaged products. They agreed to send replacements. They said they are investigating and it is with the dispatch department. No one has got back to me, no one seems to have taken responsibility and I have not received my mystery gift (whatever that was) with my order.
